Few hours back Skype released new version (Skype 5.5.0.115) for Windows,in this update issue with the automatic sign-in process resolved, which occurred when Skype was starting up with the computer. On previous builds of Skype 5.5 for Windows the client did not start until a user actually signed-in manually.
